Job Title: Assistant Warehouse Manager

Salary: £35,000 per annum

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Warehouse Manager to join our clients growing team in Willesden. In this pivotal role, youll be working closely with the Operations Manager, supporting the kit room team to ensure smooth, efficient operations. Youll be hands-on, stepping in to drive the fleet vehicles for deliveries and collections, and youll also play a key part in loading, unloading, prepping, and checking equipment.

Youll be responsible for supervising casual staff, ensuring high standards of service are maintained, and helping to develop systems that enhance workflow and manage stock effectively. Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 9:30 am - 6:00 pm

Key Duties

  • Assisting the Operations Manager in supporting the kit room team to work efficiently

  • Being hands-on as needed, including driving the fleet vehicles for deliveries and collections

  • Loading, unloading, prepping, and checking equipment

  • Supporting the Operations Manager in maintaining and developing systems to optimise workflows and manage rental and sales stock

  • Supervising casual staff to ensure the companys high standards of service are maintained



Key Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role

  • A clean UK driving licence, with experience driving vans (Luton low-loader equivalent), preferably in London

  • Strong organisational skills and a proactive attitude

  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
