Kamro have partnered with a leading Insurance Broker with over 40 years of experience in the commercial insurance sector. Offering a wide range of insurance solutions including, motor fleet, liability, professional indemnity and property owners insurance, they are known for their exceptional customer service, competitive pricing and great relationships with major insurers.
As a Commercial Insurance Account Handler, you will play a key role in managing the administrative aspects of our clients commercial insurance policies. From processing applications, renewals and claims, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to their policyholders. This role offers you the chance to work in a supportive environment, where your contributions are valued and essential to the companys success.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 9:00am - 5:30pm
Responsibilities
Process insurance applications, renewals and cancellations.
Manage and update policyholder information in the database.
Assist with claims processing and ensure all documentation is complete.
Provide excellent customer service, handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Coordinate with the claims department to facilitate smooth claims processing.
Maintain accurate records and prepare necessary reports.
Experience
Proven experience working in commercial insurance is imperative for this position.
Experience with the insurance software Acturis is expected.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
