About the Role
You'll manage contracts from inception to completion, ensuring project delivery follows a set process, comes in within budget, and meets the highest standards. This includes estimating costs and lead times, managing key stakeholder relationships, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. Your role will be vital in creating clear communication between departments, maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Working Hours
Monday to Friday
8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm
Key Duties
Manage end-to-end project contracts.
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Ensure timely and on-budget project delivery.
Monitor and maintain contract compliance.
Lead problem-solving and issue resolution. Establish and uphold internal project process.
Key Requirements
Proven experience in contract management.
Knowledge of urban greening or construction.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
