In this role, you’ll be joining a team that values your skills and insights in managing project costs and ensuring financial efficiency. We’re looking for a Quantity Surveyor who not only understands the numbers but can see the bigger picture, working closely with project teams from concept to completion. Your days will be filled with a mix of cost estimating, risk management, and financial reporting, allowing you to directly influence the success of each project. This will be working directly with the directors and contract managers in the open, warm, and welcoming office. Key Duties
Preparing, monitoring, and managing project budgets.
Conducting detailed cost analysis and forecasting to ensure projects remain within budget.
Working closely with project teams to provide accurate financial advice and guidance
Managing subcontractor accounts.
Conduct client meetings and updates.
Key Requirements
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
Strong analytical skills.
Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
Proficiency in relevant software and cost management tools
A degree or professional qualification in Quantity Surveying
