Service Coordinator
Location: Camberley, Surrey
Salary: £25,000 £30,000 (depending on experience)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, full-time
Were working with a well-established and growing business in the fire and security industry to help them find a motivated and organised Service Coordinator to join their operations team in Camberley. The Role
This is a key role within the business, coordinating day-to-day schedules for a team of engineers and ensuring planned maintenance, remedial works, and reactive call-outs are handled efficiently. You'll be using a range of cloud-based systems to manage job scheduling, track progress, and deliver excellent service to both internal teams and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and forward-schedule multiple engineer diaries
Organise day-to-day visits, PMVs, and remedial works
Handle incoming calls and emails from customers and internal staff
Liaise with engineers to manage job reports and system updates
Respond to urgent and reactive works in a proactive and timely manner
Use cloud-based platforms including simPRO, Dwellant, and Pro-Nett
What Were Looking For:
Previous fire and security industry experience in a similar office-based.
Experience in simPRO
Strong communication and customer service skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
A team player with a positive and proactive mindset
