CNC Operator
Up to £35,000 DOE

We're looking for a skilled CNC Operator to join a busy workshop where no two days are the same. If you're confident on the tools, take pride in clean, accurate work, and want to be part of a tight-knit team that gets things done, this could be a great fit.
About the role:
You'll be operating CNC machines to cut wood, plastic and composite materials. You'll work closely with the design team to keep projects on track and ensure everything is finished to a high standard. This is a hands-on role where being reliable, tidy, and detail-focused matters.

Operating from a modern 25,000 sq ft studio and workshop just outside Guildford, their in-house team handles everything from concept through to delivery, using the latest tools and technology to produce work that stands out.
Working hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:30am 5:30pm
Key duties:
Operating CNC machines to cut a range of materials
Working with the design team to meet deadlines
Checking quality of finished components
Following health & safety procedures and using PPE
Keeping the workspace clean and equipment maintained
Supporting other departments when needed
Key requirements:
At least 3 years CNC experience
Able to manage stock and materials for your area
Can handle pressure and work to tight deadlines
Reliable, organised, and ready to muck in where needed
