Car Sales Executive
£60,000 £70,000 OTE (Commission Only)

Were working with a busy, long-standing independent car dealership based in Maldon. This is a full-time, customer-facing role for someone experienced in car sales, confident dealing with enquiries, and motivated by closing deals. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, friendly showroom and are driven to earn, this could be the role for you.
About the Role
This is a commission-only sales role with strong earning potential. Youll be handling incoming customer enquiries, updating clients throughout the sales process, and helping match customers with the right vehicle for their needs. Youll also take part in managing the forecourt, maintaining records, and contributing to the day-to-day running of the dealership.
Its a straightforward, no-nonsense car sales role for someone who knows how to deliver a good service and isnt afraid to get stuck in.

Working Hours
Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm
Saturdays 8:30am to 4:00pm
1 in 2 Sundays 10:00am to 4:00pm (with a day off in lieu)
Key Duties
Handling walk-in and online enquiries
Managing the full sales process from initial contact to handover
Providing regular updates to customers
Presenting vehicles and test drives
Completing sales paperwork and finance applications where needed
Key Requirements
Experience in car sales (essential)
Strong communication skills and confident face-to-face
Able to manage leads and follow up effectively
Driven, organised and target-focused
