Private Client Solicitor (Wills & Probate) 

Location: On-Site - Richmond, London

Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30 (Flexible hours)

Salary: £40,000 - £60,000

Key Responsibilities

Wills and Trusts

  • Drafting wills, taking client instructions, and providing advice on trusts and declarations.

  • Assisting clients with estate planning to ensure their wishes are effectively implemented.

Probate Applications

  • Managing all aspects of probate applications, including the administration of estates and liaising with executors and beneficiaries.
  • Ensuring that probate matters are handled efficiently and in compliance with legal requirements.

Client Relationship Management

  • Delivering a high level of client service, ensuring that clients understand all aspects of their cases and feel supported throughout the process.
  • Advising clients on matters such as inheritance tax, estate administration, and succession planning.

Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor with experience in Wills, Probate, and Trusts.

  • 3+ years PQE (Senior) OR 5+ years PQE experience in handling Wills, Trusts, and Probate matters.

  • In-depth knowledge of UK inheritance laws, taxation, and probate procedures.

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle complex cases.

  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and work to tight deadlines.

  • Proficiency in legal case management systems.

  • A strong commitment to client care and maintaining professional integrity.
