Job Title: French-Speaking Sales Executive Sustainably Designed Merchandise & Packaging
Salary: £35,000 + Commission (OTE £50,000£60,000)
Location: Northwest London (French Sales Market)

About the Role
Based in Northwest London, youll manage and develop B2B relationships across the French market, representing an award-winning design-led brand known for its ethical, sustainable products from reusable bags and retail packaging to branded apparel and promotional merchandise.
Youll oversee the full sales cycle, working closely with design, production, and logistics teams to bring client ideas to life all while ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest creative standards.
Regular travel to France for meetings, trade shows, and industry events will form part of this dynamic and engaging role.

Key Duties

Develop and manage B2B client relationships in the French fashion and retail sectors

Identify and convert new business opportunities

Lead consultative sales and present creative, design-led product solutions

Translate client briefs into artwork mockups and production-ready specifications

Manage project timelines and coordinate with global design and production teams

Monitor budgets, assist with financial forecasting, and ensure profitability

Stay up to date with fashion, retail, and sustainable design trends
Key Requirements

Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)

45 years experience in sales within the fashion, textiles, or packaging industry

Strong understanding of design-to-delivery and international production processes

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

Qualification in Fashion, Textiles, Graphic Design, or a related creative field (preferred)

Commercially minded and self-motivated with a proactive approach

Full UK driving licence (essential)

Additional languages (Italian, Spanish, German, or Arabic) are a plus
