About the job Cook - Batangas (South Luzon)
The Cook is responsible for preparing all dishes according to company recipes and standards, with accountability for:
- Ensuring Workability, Intensity & Integrity
- Preparing all dishes to meet company standards for flavor, color, and aroma
- Guiding Kitchen Help and assisting with their training
- Performing all Back of House (BOH) responsibilities
- Physical work includes standing for long period, reaching counter tops/high storage shelves, can be exposed to heavy smoke and steam, and lifting heavy restaurant equipment/ingredients
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- College graduate in any field or at least High School Graduate
