Management Trainee

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations while ensuring compliance with food safety, sanitation, quality, and cleanliness standards.
• Drive sales growth and enhance customer satisfaction through effective customer engagement and execution of sales-building initiatives.
• Support workforce management activities, including recruitment, training, scheduling, coaching, and performance development of store team members.
• Manage store administrative functions and ensure compliance with company policies, permits, safety regulations, and required operational reports.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree holder; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of store operations.
• Demonstrates resilience and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, holidays, and extended working hours as needed.
