As a Product Manager, you will lead the development and scaling of digital platforms that support café brands under the JFC Group. Your focus will be on enhancing digital experiences, enabling seamless ordering, loyalty programs, and omnichannel engagement for customers across multiple regions.
You will drive platform innovations that support mobile ordering, digital payments, membership rewards, and operational efficiencies, ensuring the technology aligns with both business goals and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Define & Drive Platform Strategy Develop and execute a scalable digital platform roadmap, aligning with business and customer experience goals.
- Gather & Translate Requirements Collaborate with brand teams, retail operations, and digital leaders to define and prioritize platform features.
- Manage Platform Development Own and refine the product backlog, ensuring timely delivery of high-impact digital capabilities.
- Ensure Operational Readiness & Adoption Work with program managers and operations teams to drive smooth integration, rollout, and adoption.
- Drive Continuous Improvement & Innovation Leverage data insights, user feedback, and emerging technologies to optimize digital experiences.
Requirements Gathering & Stakeholder Management
- Regional Teams Collaborate with regional teams to identify and refine localization requirements, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Vendors & Developer Teams Work closely with both internal developers and external vendors to ensure the delivery of functional, scalable, and high-quality platform solutions.
- Global Team Serve as the key liaison to the Global team, providing clear updates on platform capabilities, customization needs, and the implementation roadmap to maintain alignment across regions.
Platform Management
- Drive Platform Ownership Take full ownership of the Brand Composable Platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives by analyzing business requirements, performance, and identifying opportunities for enhancement.
- Define & Prioritize Requirements Lead the creation of user stories and detailed requirements, ensuring clarity and feasibility for development teams.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making Leverage data and key performance metrics to guide feature prioritization, platform improvements, and roadmap decisions.
- Ensure Agile & Scalable Development Collaborate with Product Owners and development teams to refine backlog items, participate in sprint planning, and review platform performance for continuous optimization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with business teams, QA, and Digital Technology to define clear acceptance criteria for user stories and platform features, ensuring alignment with quality and business needs.
Platform Strategy & Consultancy
- Lead Platform Enhancements Drive the ideation, development, and rollout of new platform features that deliver business value and improve user experience.
- Identify Opportunities for Improvement Recommend enhancements and optimizations that support customer engagement, sales growth, and operational efficiency.
- Strategic Advisory Provide insights on platform capabilities, feasibility for enhancements, and collaborate with stakeholders to align platform improvements with business goals.
Platform Deployment & Operationalization
- Actively manage post-deployment workstreams to ensure that all systems are functional, and issues are identified and addressed by vendors.
- Closely collaborate with the Program Manager to ensure the seamless operationalization of platforms and processes across the regions. This includes aligning on timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, resolving any operational challenges, and ensuring that all requirements and regulatory standards are met.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
- At least 5 years experience in a Product Management or related role within digital platforms, food delivery, aggregator, or e-commerce.
- Proven experience in managing platform roadmaps, backlog prioritization, and Agile product development.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business, engineering, design, and QA.
- Strong background in requirements gathering, user story creation, and stakeholder management.
- Experience in multi-culture environments.

Skills and Essential Traits
- Strong ability to define, prioritize, and manage product roadmaps and backlogs.
- Experience with agile tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar product management software.
- Hands-on experience with Agile practices, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and user story creation.
- Ability to analyze metrics, customer insights, and business data to prioritize features and enhancements.
- Comfortable working with development teams and understanding platform integration, APIs, and system workflows (without needing deep technical expertise).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both spoken and written.
