Administrative Assistant

 Job Description:

The Admin Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the assigned cluster of stores and the OD
through effective calendar management, proper dissemination of official communications, report/presentation consolidation
and preparation, and maintenance of an efficient filing system.

  • Receives visitors courteously, attends to their inquiries and refers them to the concerned party in the Department.
  • Receives and makes phone calls for Operations Director (OD), and ensures that messages are relayed promptly and accurately.
  • Keeps track of the daily itinerary of the OD through effective calendar management; arranges meetings and sends invitations.

JOB QUALIFICATION:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably Business
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • No experience required but with experience is an advantage
  • With basic knowledge administrative processes in the organization
  • Knowledgeable in MS tools.
