Administrative Assistant
Job Description:
The Admin Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the assigned cluster of stores and the OD
through effective calendar management, proper dissemination of official communications, report/presentation consolidation
and preparation, and maintenance of an efficient filing system.
- Receives visitors courteously, attends to their inquiries and refers them to the concerned party in the Department.
- Receives and makes phone calls for Operations Director (OD), and ensures that messages are relayed promptly and accurately.
- Keeps track of the daily itinerary of the OD through effective calendar management; arranges meetings and sends invitations.
JOB QUALIFICATION:
- Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably Business
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- No experience required but with experience is an advantage
- With basic knowledge administrative processes in the organization
- Knowledgeable in MS tools.
