Job Description:
- Ensure food safety, sanitation, cleanliness, and smooth daily store operations.
- Lead sales activities and customer engagement to meet targets.
- Manage staffing needs, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance support.
- Handle store administration, reports, permits, and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's Degree (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Willing to work shifting schedules and long hours
