Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Project Supervisor to oversee and manage multiple landscaping and swimming pool construction projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth site operations, high-quality execution, and efficient coordination of labour, materials, and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and lead labour teams effectively

• Oversee 2-3 projects at a time, ensuring progress and timelines are maintained

• Coordinate material delivery, subcontractors, and site logistics

• Ensure workmanship quality, safety compliance, and adherence to project specifications

• Resolve on-site challenges proactively and provide regular progress updates to management

Candidate Requirements

• 2-3 years of UAE experience in landscaping

• Mandatory hands-on swimming pool construction experience

• Educational background in Civil Engineering

• Strong leadership and labour management skills

• Good knowledge of UAE plants, softscape practices, and planting techniques

• Proficient in Hindi or Urdu

• Valid UAE driving license required
