Receptionist/Sales Coordinator

 Job Description:

Our Client is  looking for a Receptionist cum Sales Coordinator who will manage incoming client inquiries, coordinate case handling through our CRM system, and guide customers through the data recovery process from the first call until final data delivery.
The ideal candidate should have good IT knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to confidently speak with customers about technical issues.

Key Responsibilities

1. Call Handling & Lead Management

  • Handle 20–30 incoming calls daily from customers requiring data recovery services.
  • Record all customer inquiries and device details in the CRM system.
  • Guide customers through the next steps and encourage them to visit the office or schedule device pickup for diagnosis.

2. Customer Follow-up

Follow up with customers regarding:

  • Diagnosis reports
  • Quotations
  • Approval for recovery

Case updates

Maintain regular communication via WhatsApp messages or short phone calls (1–2 minutes).

3. Walk-in Client Handling

  • Receive customers visiting the office with devices.
  • Create a new case in CRM (training will be provided).
  • Send the device check-in form to the customer and obtain their signature.
  • Assign the device and case details to the technical team for diagnosis.

4. Diagnosis & Quotation Coordination

  • Receive diagnosis reports from the technical team.
  • Send the diagnosis report and quotation to the customer.
  • Follow up with the customer until approval is received.

5. Recovery Process Coordination

  • Once approval is received, inform the technical team to begin recovery.
  • Update case status in CRM regularly.
  • Provide daily updates to customers via WhatsApp or short calls.

6. Case Completion & Delivery

Once recovery is completed:

  • Inform the customer to visit the office for data verification.
  • Coordinate payment and final data collection.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science 
  • Strong IT knowledge is mandatory.
  • Basic understanding of:
    • Hard drives
    • SSD
    • Data storage devices
    • Laptop / computer hardware
Willingness to learn technical concepts related to data recovery.

Excellent English communication skills.
Ability to speak with customers confidently and professionally.

Husband Visa candidates preferred.
