Drone Technician

 Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and repair multirotor and fixed-wing

    drones (hardware, firmware, gimbal systems, sensors, etc.)

  • Perform preventive maintenance, firmware updates, and calibration of drones and UAV accessories
  • Handle component-level repairs such as ESCs, motors, flight controllers, GPS, cameras, and batteries

  • Accurately diagnose issues and log repair activities

  • Assist customers or resellers with basic technical guidance

  • Maintain proper documentation, inventory of spare parts, and quality control standards
  • Collaborate with the technical and sales teams to support custom UAV solutions and client-specific needs

Candidate Profile

2-3 years of hands-on experience repairing drones, smartphones, or IoT electronics in the UAE

Proficient in soldering, testing, and troubleshooting electronic circuits

Familiarity with drone platforms such as DJI, Autel, or similar UAV brand

Working knowledge of firmware/software interfaces, calibration tools, and diagnostic equipment


Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills

Capable of working independently with a problem-solving mindset
