Business Development Executive
Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Business Development Executive to support international sales operations across industries such as construction, mining, transportation, marine, and power generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Qualify and follow up on inbound marketing leads
- Generate new B2B leads through research and prospecting
- Conduct outreach via phone, email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn
- Reactivate existing customer databases and build new pipelines
- Maintain accurate CRM records and schedule meetings for the sales team
- Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets
Requirements:
- Experience in business development, telesales, or lead generation
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales follow-up processes
- Proficiency in LinkedIn, MS Excel, and Google Sheets
- Strong research skills with the ability to identify key decision-makers
