Strategy Senior Consultant
Job Description:
Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Strategy Consultant to support and lead key components of a major corporate strategy program for a diversified group. The role involves strategic assessment, benchmarking, developing vision/mission, designing KPIs, creating strategy maps, building initiative portfolios, and supporting governance frameworks.
This position requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and hands-on experience in strategy development for family businesses, multi-sector organizations, or diversified groups.
Key Responsibilities
- Support current-state assessments across portfolio, operations, and financials
- Conduct benchmarking, competitive analysis, SWOT inputs, and market insights
- Assist in developing Vision, Mission, strategic themes, and strategic objectives
- Support KPI development: definitions, formulas, targets, and KPI sheets
- Prepare dashboards, reports, initiative cards, and strategy documentation
- Coordinate workshops, meetings, and data collection from subsidiaries
- Prepare presentations and contribute to the final strategy report and appendices
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in strategy consulting or corporate planning
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
