Role Overview
We are seeking a Client Partner - Public Enterprises to lead strategic engagement with government and semi-government entities across the GCC. The role focuses on building trusted relationships with ministries, authorities, and public sector leaders to support national transformation programs such as Saudi Vision 2030 and UAE Centennial 2071.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire and manage relationships with ministries, government agencies, and public institutions
- Lead consultative discussions with senior-level public sector decision-makers
- Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with existing public sector clients
- Conduct regular client reviews to align solutions with ongoing reform initiatives
- Serve as primary point of contact for feedback, coordination, and client satisfaction
- Represent the organization at government forums, conferences, and national events
- Build and expand strategic networks across public sector leadership
- Collaborate internally with marketing, delivery, and other client partners for seamless execution
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Organizational Development, or related fields
- Masters degree preferred
Experience
- 5-7 years in business development, consulting, or client management within government/public sector
- Strong understanding of government procurement cycles, transformation programs, and decision-making structures
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; Arabic preferred
