Our client is seeking an experienced Pre-Sales & Delivery Manager to lead the complete customer lifecycle—from conducting impactful pre-sales demonstrations to overseeing successful project delivery and go-live. This role serves as the primary liaison between clients and internal delivery teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Sales

• Conduct tailored product demonstrations based on customer business processes and Odoo requirements.
• Utilize AI tools to create engaging, customized demonstrations and proposals.
• Support the sales team by showcasing the most suitable ERP solutions.

Project Delivery

• Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the delivery team throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Communicate project scope, timelines, and customer expectations to internal teams.
• Lead and coordinate Project Managers, Functional Consultants, and Developers.
• Manage project escalations and ensure timely resolution.
• Drive successful project delivery within agreed timelines.

Client Success

• Build strong client relationships throughout the implementation journey.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure successful project outcomes.
• Oversee project handovers and implementation continuity.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience with Odoo or an Odoo Partner
• Strong working knowledge of Odoo 19 Enterprise
• Odoo Functional Certification is highly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Excellent English communication skills (Hindi/Malayalam is an advantage)
• Proficiency with AI tools to improve productivity and customer engagement
• Valid UAE Driving License and own vehicle (mandatory)
