At Involve, we’re on a mission to bring students to the center of their own learning journeys. We believe that when students are trusted, supported, and given space to lead, they don’t just learn better they thrive.
We started back in 2018 when our founders, Divanshu and Samyak, both fresh out of IIT Madras, chose to skip placements and instead build something that mattered. They envisioned classrooms where students weren’t just passive listeners, but active participants—teaching, mentoring, leading, and growing together.
Today, that vision is alive and growing. We’ve worked with almost 1 million students across government schools in six Indian states. Our core program, Peer Teaching, trains senior students to mentor their juniors in foundational skills like reading and math. But it’s about more than academics—it’s about building confidence, communication, problem-solving, and agency. Because we believe agency is the key to breaking cycles of inequality and helping young people truly own their futures. Over the next 5 years we look forward to creating impact for 10 million children across the length and breadth of India!
We work hand-in-hand with state and district governments in places like Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, and Karnataka. We’ve been lucky to be backed by incredible partners like the Agency Fund, Acumen, Central Square Foundation, and Wells Fargo. And along the way, we’ve been recognized by platforms like HundrED and Reimagine Education for doing things differently—and effectively.
But honestly, what keeps us going is our students. The girl who ran her first peer-led session with shaky hands and a steady voice. The boy who found his voice helping his classmates. The thousands of stories that remind us every day why this work matters.

To do that, we need partners who don't just fund programs; they believe in building a generation of young leaders. We are looking for someone who can build those relationships. You will work closely with CSR leaders, foundations, philanthropists, and strategic partners to help them see why investing in student leadership today can transform India's future.

What You will Build
Build Involve's fundraising engine
Develop and execute a long-term fundraising strategy focused on CSR, foundations, and strategic philanthropy.
Build a healthy pipeline of prospective partners across industries.
Own the complete fundraising journey from prospecting and relationship building to proposal development, negotiation, and stewardship.
Build meaningful partnerships
Develop trusted relationships with CSR leaders, business leaders, philanthropists, and foundations.
Understand partner priorities and co-create meaningful partnerships.
Represent Involve confidently in external conversations and forums.
Tell compelling stories
Translate Involve's vision, impact, and future into narratives that inspire investment.
Work closely with internal teams to bring program insights into fundraising conversations.
Help partners understand not just what we do, but why it matters.
Build systems for growth
Create scalable fundraising processes, dashboards, and relationship management systems.
Use data and insights to improve fundraising effectiveness.
Continuously strengthen how we engage, retain, and grow our partner base.
Contribute beyond fundraising

We are Looking For Someone Who

Has 8–10 years of experience in CSR partnerships and strategic partnerships. Experience with leading projects independently.
Has personally built and managed relationships with CSR leaders, foundations, or major donors.
Enjoys building opportunities rather than waiting for them.
Communicates with clarity, confidence, and authenticity.
Is comfortable speaking with senior corporate leaders and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
Has a strong bias for ownership and execution.
Wants to build something for the long term rather than managing an existing portfolio.
Technical Skills Required
CRM & Relationship Management Tools: Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar.
Documentation & Reporting: MS Office, Google Workspace, Presentation Tools.
Data Analysis: Ability to interpret partnership metrics and KPIs.
Contract & Legal Knowledge: Basic understanding of contracts, MoUs, and compliance frameworks.
Sector Knowledge: Understanding of CSR, development, corporate, or industry-specific projects.

15% of your work-time (~1 hr/day) at Involve will be allotted for collaborative learning in the initial months. This will later evolve into an opportunity, as an individual, to investigate a new idea - to innovate, to create.
