Humana International Group is seeking a seasoned Finance & Accounting Manager to join our clients dynamic team. This is a strategic role for someone with strong leadership, technical expertise, and a passion for excellence in financial operations.

What Youll Do

• Lead and manage financial reporting, tax compliance, and budgeting
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of accounting processes
• Collaborate across departments and support strategic decision-making
• Travel for domestic and overseas assignments when required

What Were Looking For

1. Minimum 5 years of experience as an F&A Manager
2. Brevet A, B, and C certification is required
3. Background in public accounting is a plus
4. SAP proficiency is mandatory
5. Preferably from a multinational company
6. Bachelors degree in Accounting, Tax, or Public Accounting
7. Fluent in English (Japanese is an advantage)
