Job Description : 

• Monitor customer preferences and buying patterns to guide
  selections.
• Maintain a balanced product mix (n-o-s items, new trends,
  and seasonal specials)
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships for
  long-term partnerships.
• Track stock levels and coordinate with marketing teams,
  merchandisers and sales teams to avoid
  over/understocking.
• Analyze sales performance and make adjustments to orders
  or reorders.
• Working along with the purchasing department to resolve
  defects or production issues.
• Coordinate with the purchasing department to make sure
  on-time-delivery instructions.
• Monitor a smooth payment flow for available invoices

Requirement : 

• Fashion Enthusiast especially in luxury brand
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferably in Fashion
  Merchandising / Business Administration / Finance.
• Have experience min. 3 years as Buyer/ Merchandiser,
  preferably in luxury retail fashion / multibrands fashion
• Strong proficiency in Ms Office, especially in Ms. Excel
• Strong communication skills, preferably fluent in English.
• Have knowledge of visual merchandising principles,
  inventory management tools and vendor management.
• Demonstrates ownership and has a sense of responsibility
• Willing to work in long working hour according to Supplier
  working hour
