- Define program features, benefits, and KPIs to drive engagement [5].
- Qualifications:
- Experience in loyalty program management or a related field.
- Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in KPI tracking and program evaluation
Qualifications
- Excellent in English (Prefer graduate from overseas)
- Minimum Bachelor Degree
- Experience min 1 year handle loyalty
- Passionate in Information Technology
- Good analytical thinking
