  • Develop and implement loyalty strategies to enhance customer retention and satisfaction [3].
  • Define program features, benefits, and KPIs to drive engagement [5].
  • Qualifications:
  • Experience in loyalty program management or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in KPI tracking and program evaluation

Qualifications

  • Excellent in English (Prefer graduate from overseas)
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree
  • Experience min 1 year handle loyalty
  • Passionate in Information Technology
  • Good analytical thinking
