Human Resources Manager

 Job Description:

Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for handling full spectrum of HR, Admin, and Compliance activities including recruitment, payroll, compensation & benefit, set up SOP and regulation related with HR function, talent and organization development, training, company polices / procedures and manpower regulation application to meet overall organizational business objectives.
  • Provide advice to management with regards to all HR related matters. 
  • Involve in annual business planning personnel budget. 
  • Any other tasks / projects that may be assigned from time to time

Requirements 

  1. Min 3-5 years' experience as HR Manager- Proficient in English is a must.
  2. Understand income tax art.21- 
  3. Strong knowledge in HR practices and demonstrated ability in providing HR solutions.
  4. Creative, critical thinking and good analytical skills. 
  5. Good in writing and communication skill, good negotiation skill, good administration skill, detail, responsible, honest, good teamwork, good attitude, maturity, proactive, multi-tasking, outgoing personality, self-starter and has ability to work independently with minimum supervision, excellent interpersonal skills. 
  6. A dedicated person with high level of integrity.
