Human Resources Manager
Job Description:
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for handling full spectrum of HR, Admin, and Compliance activities including recruitment, payroll, compensation & benefit, set up SOP and regulation related with HR function, talent and organization development, training, company polices / procedures and manpower regulation application to meet overall organizational business objectives.
- Provide advice to management with regards to all HR related matters.
- Involve in annual business planning personnel budget.
- Any other tasks / projects that may be assigned from time to time
Requirements
- Min 3-5 years' experience as HR Manager- Proficient in English is a must.
- Understand income tax art.21-
- Strong knowledge in HR practices and demonstrated ability in providing HR solutions.
- Creative, critical thinking and good analytical skills.
- Good in writing and communication skill, good negotiation skill, good administration skill, detail, responsible, honest, good teamwork, good attitude, maturity, proactive, multi-tasking, outgoing personality, self-starter and has ability to work independently with minimum supervision, excellent interpersonal skills.
- A dedicated person with high level of integrity.
