Maintenance Engineer

 Job Description:

General Requirement

  1. Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Mechatronic or Electrical Engineering
  2. Minimum 4 years' experience as Maintenance engineer
  3. Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal) à mandatory but medium is OK.
  4. Proven ability to work successfully in a manufacturing operation environment. à mandatory (related)
  5. Good troubleshooting and repair of manual/semiauto/full auto assembly machine and tester
  6. Able to read electrical schematic and hands on the installation.
  7. Experience on some software/some programming language: PLC, Visual Basic (dot.NET)/MS-SQL (Microsoft) à Mandatory,
    LabView and protocols (Modbus, Modbus TCP, CAN..) is advantage (non-mandatory)
  8. Lead maintenance improvement project due to machine performance issue, renewal and obsoletion device à Mandatory
  9. To drive & implement preventive and predictive maintenance effectively.
  10. To make exchanges between Engineers, sharing experience with all Technicians and guide all Technicians to improve knowledge and experience.
  11. To lead, supervise, give support and motivation to Maintenance Technicians to get optimum results (good service quality, fast delivery with optimum cost).
  12. Work and support another department depend on need.
  13. Ordering and communicate with supplier for service support, spare part need and other.

Job Description

  1. To drive & implement preventive and predictive maintenance on production means effectively (assembly benches and tester) supported by Technicians and metrology.
  2. To reduce Reactive become more on Preventive and Predictive Maintenance style in term of resources Man hours and Spare parts.
  3. To support Technicians on taking containment and permanent action in order to fix current problem and prevent the same problem in the future.
  4. To do the analysis in order to take correct decision.
  5. To put improvement action related with machine performance or quality issue.
  6. To make exchange between Engineers, sharing experience with all Technicians and guide all Technicians in order to improve knowledge and experience.
  7. Define critical spare part and ensure keep spare (no shortage) when needed.
  8. To tracking spare part abnormality consumption and define action to improve it.
  9. Keep all copy of bench files related to Maintenance in the safe place.
  10. Provide Maintenance reporting in timely basis.
  11. To supervise, give support and motivation to Maintenance Technicians in order to get optimum result (good service quality, fast delivery with optimum cost).
  12. To drive maintenance improvement project due to performance issue, renewal and obsoletion
  13. To involve and support project from another department as per operational needed.
