Senior Vice President of Partnerships (Cloud Business)
Job Description:
This role will require interfacing heavily with business and technical aspects (in cloud business) connecting the dots between stakeholders and customer, ensuring good partnership with clients and compliance with management guidelines, building co-sell motions, ensuring company's presence at key events, and hitting revenue goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive partnerships strategy to drive growth and revenue through strategic alliances and collaborations through develop joint value propositions, go-to-market strategies, and co-selling opportunities.
- Engage Partner's Field Sales organization, channels, and end customers to create and drive revenue opportunities.
- Identify key focus areas, target markets, and partnership opportunities aligned with the company's objectives and market trends.
- Work closely with internal teams, including product development, sales, marketing, and legal, to drive partnership initiatives and ensure successful execution.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key customers, serving as the primary point of contact and advocate for their interests within the company.
General Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, account management, or similar roles at a high-growth startup
- Experience working with cloud services companies, particularly Google, AWS, etc.
- Results-oriented with a focus on driving measurable impact and delivering value to customers through the achievement of revenue goals
- Ability to successfully operate autonomously in a highly matrixed organization, working cross-functionally, leading priorities and exercising influence
- Working in highly technical environments, particularly in Cloud System, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning or Tech Infrastructure
- Strong written and verbal communication, and experience presenting to senior executives
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a willingness to take calculated risks and explore new business opportunities
