Corporate HR Development Div Head

 Job Description:



  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs to align with business goals.
  • Oversee talent development, training, and leadership programs to enhance employee performance and engagement.
  • Ensure the organization has effective succession planning and career development frameworks.
  • Lead organizational development initiatives to drive culture transformation and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to identify HR needs and provide strategic HR solutions.
  • Develop and monitor key HR metrics to measure effectiveness and improve HR processes.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry best practices.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, fostering a high-performance culture.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in psychology or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role; or 3 years of experience at Division Head or GM level.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in HR development, talent management, and training programs.
  • Experience working in manufacturing industries is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive HR initiatives.
