 Job Description:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, with a proven track record in supply chain and procurement leadership roles.
  • Strong strategic and operational management skills, with the ability to oversee end-to-end (N2N) supply chain processes.
  • Expertise in procurement processes, supplier relationship management, and logistics optimization.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities to foster collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

  1. Develop and implement supply chain and procurement strategies aligned with overall business goals.
  2. Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for cost reduction, supplier partnerships, and process improvements.
  3. Collaborate with senior leadership to forecast and plan production, inventory, and procurement needs.

Operational Excellence:

  1. Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including demand planning, procurement, inventory management, and distribution.
  2. Ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials and services while maintaining high quality standards.
  3. Optimize supply chain processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  4. Monitor and manage inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure continuity of supply.

Supplier and Vendor Management:

  1. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
  2. Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements to achieve favorable outcomes.
  3. Assess and evaluate supplier performance to ensure compliance with company standards and goals.

Team Leadership and Development:

  1. Lead and mentor a team of supply chain and procurement professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  2. Set clear performance goals, provide regular feedback, and facilitate professional growth within the team.

Risk Management:

  1. Identify potential supply chain risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  2. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  3. Develop contingency plans to address disruptions in the supply chain.

Reporting and Analytics:

  1. Analyze supply chain performance metrics to track progress and identify improvement areas.
  2. Prepare and present regular reports on supply chain and procurement performance to senior management.
