General Requirements

• Bachelor's, or master's Degree from Top University.
• Must have at the least 10 years working experience as business development, commercial, sales and marketing in the property management or property developer's companies.
• Must have good network with retailers, tenants, brands, both in Indonesia and abroad.
• Must understand trend in the retail and commercial industry, upcoming trend, fresh ideas and diversity new experience.
• Must have experience in leading a big team (Sales and Marketing, Commercial, Leasing, Event Promotion, etc.)
• Fluent in English both conversation and writing.
• Willing to travel both local and/or international destination.
• Excellent in communication.
• Good negotiator.
