1. Ensuring all things related to employee discipline, counseling, handling labor dissputes/conflicts between employees, company, labor laws and regulations.
2. For providing information to all employees and other departments regarding labor laws and regulations, employment agreements and Company Regulations.
3. Ensuring the administration of employment reporting (Mandatory Report of Manpower/ Wajib Lapor Tenaga Kerja).
4. Coordinating with team engagement to design and manage CSR programs (internal & external) in order to improve employee engagement and environment for area.
5. Fostering relationships with external parties (Mass Organization, Government stakeholder also local community).
6. Legal process and administration for foreign workers involvement.
7. Reviewing and drafting the employee work agreement according to regulation and labor law.
8. Fulfill all HR SOP & Policy needed.
9. Ensuring HR Socialization and Education.
10. Building a good relationship & positive impression between the employee and company.
Criteria
1. Male within age above > 35 Years old
2. Experiences on HR Manager positions > 10 Years in Manfacturing Company
3. Fluent in English more advantage
4. Keep Certification/Trainning of Labor is more advantage
5. Acceptable to working on Cikarang Area
