IT Security Operational
Job Description:
1. Day-to-day Monitoring availability & performance of Device or Virtual Machine
2. Day-to-day Monitoring the network and services
3. Day-to-day Monitoring the Backup & Replication
4. Monitoring Auto scanning on Endpoint Anti-Virus
5. Monitoring Security Event & Threat from SIEM, Firewall and EDR tools
6. Monitoring SSL, Domain, License for Expired Date
7. Handling service & changes requests from customers and internal
8. Handling maintenance for OS Patching management (server, firewall, network)
9. Investigate, analyze, and understand the root causes of problems
10. Creating reports on problems identified, actions taken, and workarounds implemented
11. Perform assistance and evaluate the impact of the problem on the business
12. Collaborate with other team members, including technical, development, infrastructure and security support
13. Proactive with analyze problem trends and seek opportunities to improve system reliability and quality and prevent future
problems from occurring.
Requirements
* Bachelors degree in major IT/Informatics Engineering/Computer Science.
* Have 2-3 years work experience in IT Infra Support & Operation
* Have good analytical skills to analyze problems systematically
* Good interpersonal skills
* Able to work responsively, effectively and have good communication skills to interact with internal and external teams.
* Good knowledge in concept of virtualization server Technology (VMware Cloud Computing).
* Good knowledge in concept of OS (Linux & Windows).
* Good knowledge in concept of Basic Firewall, Log Management, Backup Management, and
Access Management.
* Have experience using product tools Fortigate Firewall, Zabbix, Wazuh SIEM, Acronis

* English skills
