Job Description:
Title Position: Marketing & Branding Manager (Mandarin Speaker)
Employment : PKWT 6mos, review to permanent
Basic Salary: Max. 30 Mio (if there is something expected above this, and the candidate is really good, we are still negotiable)
Benefit: Catering, Attendance Allowance, Telecommunication Allowance, Incentive, BPJS
Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 08.30-18.00
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for planning and execution of the brand strategy, guidelines, promotional activities, and marketing campaign, to establish and maintain product branding. Maintain brand integrity, and compliance and raise company brand awareness.
- Reporting to management and stakeholders, and providing advice regarding future brand activities and planning
- Providing leadership and management of the brand team
- Collecting, interpreting, and reviewing brand development information
- Proactively understanding customer needs and pursuing new brand awareness and marketing opportunities
- Defining brand strategy and roadmap
- Reviewing, monitoring, and managing budgets
- Analyzing market trends and competitors
- Establishing and developing relations with other department heads, clients, customers, auditors, government, media, and external partners
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations / Mass Communications or equivalent
- At least 5 years experience as Marketing / Brand Manager in FMCG / Electronic Goods industries
- Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks
- High level of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Able to work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
- A highly motivated individual who is willing to take initiative and follow up with details.
- A good team player and communicator.
- Actively written and spoken Mandarin
- Good presentation skills and ability to communicate with all levels
