Digital Marketing Specialist

 Job Description:

Responsibilities : 

  • Content Marketing; Copywriting, Content Writing, UX Writing and Social Media Marketing : Reach target market through social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tiktok, etc.) Social Media Marketing also has a role to build product brand awareness.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO : Build brand awareness through blogging media, where you will be assigned to create blog content, optimize website performance, and also conduct research on search keywords on search engines.
  • Online Ads : Advertising products or services through available online channels, such as Google ads, Facebook ads, Instagram ads, TikTok ads, etc.
  • Preferably those who have the ability to operate software or key visuals such as:  Canva;  Adobe Illustrator; Adobe XD; Google Analytics and Motion Graphic Designer

Requirements : 


  1. Having experience in digital marketing (min. 3 years) as well as mastering SEO or SEM techniques, able to manage databases, social media, email, and online advertising campaigns.
  2. Have creativity in identifying targets as well as designing digital campaigns and experience in designing and optimising landing pages.
  3. Mastering various techniques A or B with experiments as well as multivariate experiments and having strong knowledge in website analysis, such as Google Analytics, Omniture, Netinsight, also WebTrends).
  4. Experience designing and optimizing campaigns on Google Adwords also has basic or simple knowledge related to HTML, JavaScript and CSS.
  5. Have the ability to analyze and be able to make policies based on data.
  6. Up-to-date on emerging trends in technology, consumer behavior, online marketing, as well as performance measurement. 
  7. Designing strategies to drive online traffic to the company's website as well as carrying out conversion tracking as well as making improvements to the website.
  8. Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns and utilizing digital marketing techniques, including paid search, PPC, as well as SEO.
  9. Design various social content as well as email campaigns for companies.
  10. Manage various company brands or products online to create promotions to increase brand awareness.
  11. Designing designs for company websites and improving the design, usability, content, and conversion of company websites.
  12. Responsible for planning and budget control in all digital marketing activities.
  13. Evaluate market research, promotional activities of foreign companies, to market conditions.
