Training Manager (Department Head

 Job Description:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or a related field.
  2. Having certification as a trainer will be an advantage.
  3. Min. 2 years experience as Training & Development Manager or 5 years experience as Training & Development Supervisor (Experience in the financial industry is preferred).
  4. Having proven track records in delivering employee training or learning development programs.
  5. Proficiency in utilizing learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms. 
  6. Proficient with Microsoft office environment (Word, PowerPoint, especially with Excel).
  7. Good and effective leadership, analytic & problem solving and strong decision making skills.
  8. Good planning, organize, detailed oriented and project management skills. 
  9. Able to work collaboratively in order to build positive relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
