Regional Sales Manager Jakarta

 Job Description:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Hit sales target set by the company.
  • Maintain distributor or contractor in order to discover client's need analysis and maintain sales volume.
  • Conduct cold call to potential customer and conduct meeting with client/ distributor/ partner.
  • Lead sales team of ten to twenty peoples and train them to be a good sales professional.
  • Go-to-market, as door opener to a new market all over Indonesia, depends on assignment.
  • Make sure all sales processes are handled professionally.
  • Cross selling and upsize the opportunity.
  • Travelling to mining sites to see the potential issue and what solution can be offered.
  • Liaise with procurement and finance team to create a business proposal.


General Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor' degree from University in Indonesia or abroad.
  • Experience in B2B Sales, selling equipment/ spare parts/ heavy machineries.
  • Have background experience from mining industry/ plantation/ heavy equipment's/ automotive industries preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as sales professional, and/or, 3 years' experience as regional sales manager.
  • Required heavy travelling (70%) to visit clients or project.
  • Willing to be based in the region, depends on available location.
