HR Senior Executive

Job Descriptions :

  1. Supports the HR Manager in implementing the HR Department's strategic plan.
  2. Handle organizational development (including organization structure review and maintenance, job description review and update, job evaluation until job grading), people development and training (TNA and vendor collaboration), employee engagement, training, succession planning, talent management, and industrial relations.
  3. Support for Recruitment and HR Compliance
  4. Develop and manage company regulations, supplemental HR regulations, and HR-related procedures and guidelines.
  5. Analyze and visually present employee and HR data to management

Requirements :

  • Min. Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or HR business partner, preferably 5 years of experience in senior level from IT or
    technology company.
  • Fluent in English both oral and written.
  • Strong understanding of Organization & People development, Training need analysis and employee engagement concept and
    method.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and government regulations.
  • Strong negotiation and mediation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
