Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Maintenance within the Manufacturing Industry
• Proficient in and capable of implementing TPM (Total Productive Management) & Management Systems (ISO), Machine Maintenance Management, and Planned Maintenance System (MMS)

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage maintenance activities for production machines, both corrective and preventive, to ensure machine reliability in supporting the production process.
• Optimize and effectively manage the maintenance budget.
• Strongly implement TPM, especially in PM (Preventive Maintenance), 5S, Safety, and Continuous Improvement.
• Build an effective and productive maintenance team.
• Develop employees to enhance their skills according to the standards.
