 Job Description:

Responsibilities

  1. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape and analyze data to understand market dynamics and identify opportunities for growth.
  2. Monitor and analyze competitors' products, strategies, and market positioning. and identify strengths and weaknesses relative to competitors
  3. Develop long-term product strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives  and create roadmaps that outline the product vision, goals, and key initiatives
  4. Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to drive product innovation  and foster a culture of creativity and continuous improvement
  5. Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions and use customer insights to refine product features and improve user experience
  6. Identify potential risks associated with product strategies and develop mitigation plans  and ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards

Requirements :

  • Have minimum 5 years work experience in Digital Payment System Product(Point of Sales,Digital Banking Solution )
  • Strategic Thinking : Ability to develop long-term strategies and translate them into actionable plans
  • Market Research and Analysis : Proficiency in conducting market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights
  • Financial Acumen : Understanding of financial principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Project Management:Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities 
  • Innovation and Creativity:Ability to think creatively and develop innovative product ideas
  • Customer Focus:Deep understanding of customer needs and behaviors
  • Bachelor Degree from any major
