Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape and analyze data to understand market dynamics and identify opportunities for growth.
- Monitor and analyze competitors' products, strategies, and market positioning. and identify strengths and weaknesses relative to competitors
- Develop long-term product strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives and create roadmaps that outline the product vision, goals, and key initiatives
- Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to drive product innovation and foster a culture of creativity and continuous improvement
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions and use customer insights to refine product features and improve user experience
- Identify potential risks associated with product strategies and develop mitigation plans and ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
Requirements :
- Have minimum 5 years work experience in Digital Payment System Product(Point of Sales,Digital Banking Solution )
- Strategic Thinking : Ability to develop long-term strategies and translate them into actionable plans
- Market Research and Analysis : Proficiency in conducting market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights
- Financial Acumen : Understanding of financial principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Project Management:Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Innovation and Creativity:Ability to think creatively and develop innovative product ideas
- Customer Focus:Deep understanding of customer needs and behaviors
- Bachelor Degree from any major
