Leasing Assistant Manager

Job Summary
The Leasing Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of leasing management, develop leasing plans to identify and negotiate with prospective malls in line with the business plan.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Country Lead, formulating Leasing strategies pursuant to clients instructions and parameters, preparing marketing plan and strategy, overseeing marketing activity undertaken by the leasing partners, and confirming the clients decision on pricing strategy
- Support and act as a liaison between client and leasing partners to coordinate site visits, manage project timeline, check due diligence carried out by leasing partners on prospective tenants, review agreements for transactions, based on guidelines provided by the client, and coordinate for final execution.
- Work together with other parties such as Engineering, Project Management Team, Finances well as Legal of the Client, if needed and necessary
- Process management of contract renewal, early termination/closure
- Review the sales and marketing material prepared by leasing partners
- Provide regular updates to the client on prospective leasing activities, on a monthly/weekly basis
- Reporting and updating the client on compliance with KPIs and delivery targets of leasing partners
- The Leasing Manager engages with leasing partners in marketing the available sites and will oversee the below set of activities undertaken by the leasing partners:
- Prepare the sales and marketing material and proposal.
- Organizing site visits
- Coordinate for regular meetings/conference calls with the Leasing Manager, Client, and Prospects
- Lead negotiations with prospective tenants and manage communications between the Leasing Manager, Client, and the prospect.
- Prepare necessary documentation and work with the Leasing Manager to have them executed and to bring the transaction to closure.
- General Requirements
- Degree holder in Real Estates, Business, Marketing or related disciplines with at least 7 years' solid experience in handling property leasing
- Experience in retail / shopping mall leasing is absolutely a plus.
- Self-motivated, good communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Proficient in using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Occasional travels is required
