The Director of Strategy and New Business Development is a key leadership role responsible for driving the companys strategic vision and identifying new business to fuel growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in business development, market analysis, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, exceptional leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning:
  • Develop and execute the company's strategic plan to achieve long-term business goals.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define strategic objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).

2. New Business Development:

  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including potential partnerships, acquisitions, and market expansions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance market presence.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.

3. Market Analysis and Insights:

  • Analyze market data and industry trends to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Assess the competitive landscape and identify potential threats and opportunities.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management based on market analysis.

4. Project Management:

  • Oversee the execution of strategic initiatives and new business projects.
  • Ensure alignment of projects with overall business goals and objectives.
  • Manage cross-functional teams to drive project success and achieve desired outcomes.

5. Leadership and Team Development:

  • Lead and mentor a team of strategy and business development professionals.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Set clear performance goals and provide regular feedback and support.

6. Financial Oversight:

  • Develop and manage budgets for strategic and business development initiatives.
  • Monitor financial performance and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Prepare and present reports on strategic progress and business development activities.

General Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or related roles, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership position.
  • Background from Top Business Consulting Firm are preferred.
  • Fluent in English both conversation and writing.
  • Strong in Partnership, Business Analyst, Business Expansion, and, Strategic Marketing.
