Corporate Strategic Management Office Analyst

- Develop annual planning cycle materials (schedule, SWOT-TOWS draft, macroeconomic analysis, BSC Company draft, Division workshop planning cycle template, Management Policy, KPI Manual, Cascading KPI Department Head, etc.) to support the achievement of company business objectives.
- Prepare analyses and presentation materials (company performance, directorate reports, etc.) to facilitate smooth management reviews.
- Facilitate the execution of management reviews, prepare review minutes, and follow up on action items across functions at the Company and Directorate levels (BOD meetings, LCP Directorate Reviews, Quarterly Reviews) to ensure alignment with organizational plans and address cross-functional issues.
- Manage annual company events related to management (including venue selection, scheduling, invitations, event coordination, etc.) to ensure events are executed effectively and achieve their objectives.
- Develop the Calendar of Events (COE) for event planning and review, and monitor implementation at Division & Department levels according to applicable standards to ensure consistent and planned PDCA execution.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Industrial Engineering Work
- Experience: 5 years in roles ranging from Foreman to Staff, 2 years as Section Head to Analyst
- Work Field: Corporate Strategic Management Office (SMO), Corporate Strategy, Corporate Planning Work
- Background: Preferably in a Manufacturing
- Company Skills: Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Business Analytics, KPI Online Systems
- Characteristics: Strong communication skills, Analytical thinking, Critical thinking, Conceptual thinking
