  • Working with Sales to drive the pre-sales phase by introducing Company Channel Solutions product/services offering and provide product demonstrations functionality, system architecture, etc. by interfacing with prospective and current customers, distributors and partners (both at business and technical level).
  • Understand banking business and operational or goals the prospect has and recommend Company solutions that ensures the optimum usage and utilisation of products and services; this can include a full pre-sales lifecycle from RFI response/requirement analysis, to running a scoping exercise or engage in a prototype/proof of concept for agreed requirements.
  • Having a detailed knowledge of the functionality and technology of Company Channel Solutions product range.
  • Answer requests for information (RFIs) and requests for proposals (RFPs) in a detailed and professional level.
  • Build on banking software knowledge to support and deliver excellent: Presentations to clients and prospects; Demonstrations (including creation of product data used to demo product capability).
  • Prepare and deliver solution-based product presentations and demonstrations to customers.
  • Provide banking and product expertise and solution blueprints

Requirements : 

  1. Min. 5 Years Experience
  2. Preference from Software Principal Technology or Leading System Integration Software Company in Indonesia
  3. Having good and proven experiences in technical/pre-sales for enterprise software solutions (Switching, Payment System, Card Management System, Digital Banking)
  4. Having experience in SaaS (Software as a Service) business
  5. Having good knowledge and keep up to date with software solutions related payment, switching, and cards
  6. Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to present to an audience from C-Level to End User, clearly articulate the value of Company products will bring to an organisation, gain trusted advisor respect, and help influence, make well executed systems presentations and clearly articulate Company products value
  7. Able to working from office and ability to working with minimum supervise
  8. Good communication and presentation skills in Bahasa and English is a must
  9. Must be open, flexible and creative in regard to time management and scheduling
