HR Senior Executive

 Job Description:

Responsibilities :

  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist
  • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process and cycle, whilst aligning with business managers for recruitment plans and sourcing strategies
  • Assist Manager to create job descriptions, job grading and training need analysis
  • Provide support for HR programs and initiatives, e.g. training & development, engagement activities, organisational change, succession plan, etc
  • Any other tasks / projects that may be assigned from time to time

Requirements : 

  1. 'Bachelor Degree in Psychology or Human Resources related.
  2. Fluent in English both oral and written.
  3. Minimum 3 years experience handling end to end process of Recruitment, Training & Development.
  4. Computer Literate (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, MS. Power Point).
  5. Have knowledge in Recruitment Process, Assessment tools, Behavior interview, Training.
  6. Creative, critical thinking and good analytical skills.
  7. Have a good communication skills, responsible, honest,good attitude, attention to detail, good in administration, adaptable, proactive, multitasking, excellent interpersonal skills.
  8. Able to work towards deadline with right sense of urgency and able to work overtime if necessary
  9. A dedicated person with high level of integrity.
