Job Description:
Maintenance / Engineering
- Managing / Maintaining / Operating the HV / LV / Power Generation (3P Units) activities / ICAE activities at our client's site.
- Managing / Maintaining Site Electrical Equipment in Substation / Factory premises. / Managing / Maintaining Site ICAE Equipment across our client's Factory sections.
- Managing the site shift electrical activities & ICAE activities.
- Designing the Electrical / Instrument Requirements in line with / Digital Projects.
- Improvements in the Power Management System.
- Preparing to assist in monitoring and controlling all Electrical Systems across the site.
Principal Accountabilities
- Development of and adherence to all project routines and procedures and full implementation of all agreed common project standards.
- Project/ Construction Management, which includes manpower planning, construction progress monitoring, preparation of Master Schedule and mobilization curve, Material Take Off cost control and invoice preparation.
- Coordinate with the Client, Engineering Department and Procurement Department on any procurement or budget control issue.
- Interpret and study the Construction and Technical Drawings.
- Involve and oversee the Tender cost estimation.
- Involve in testing of Electrical and Instrument Systems, Commissioning of power distribution and Terminal Automation system.
- Evaluate, and authorize changes that facilitate achievement of safe, timely project completion and within budget.
- Plan, lead and monitor progress and performance against the project plan.
- Select and manage ongoing relationships with external contractors so that the organization receives satisfactory standards of service.
- Analyze project reports and approve project issues within the limit of authority.
- Select, guide and develop a team of 200 to 500 Electrical and Instrumentation professionals and install team with operational responsibilities to ensure that the organization achieves its business objectives and complies with all relevant regulations and laws.
- Ensure that organization and government standards on safety are met.
- Ensure that customer quality specifications are constantly met.
- Allocate capital and human resources to maximize productivity.
- Supervise and implement project expense, other assets and resources within budget.
Qualifications
- Degree in Electrical Engineering and having work experience with Chemical / FMCG Industries.
- Experience Required: Minimum 8-10 years
- Experience and Knowledge on HV/ MV /LV Lines and Power Generation units using GT / DG & Gas Engines.
- Maintenance of Electrical Substation/ Panels and Electrical Part of Maintenance of air compressors and chillers, blowers and pumps, etc.
- Experience and Knowledge on Flow, Temperature, Pressure Measuring-Monitoring- Controlling Instruments, All Types of Control Valves and DCS/PLC/HMI Systems Maintenance of Electrical MCCs/ Panels and Electrical/Instrument Part of Maintenance of air compressors and chillers, blowers and pumps, etc.
- Maintenance Management System (Ex-SAP / CMMS) / Update like Work order Update / Obtaining Clearance & Permits / History details update.
- Maintenance System / Strategy Implementation & Analyzing the reports(All Instruments Data) and ensuring the PPM Details, Analysis reports. History details are getting captured in line with Good Engineering Practices & WCM requirements.
- Good troubleshooting and Engineering / General managerial skills
- An Electrical / Instrument Engineering Graduate from a reputed University.
