- Develop strategies for end-to-end HC function and orchastrate seamless implementation and (when necessary, improvement) of HC strategies, policies, and practice alignment with organisational goals.
- Keep updated on labor laws and regulations. Ensure robust compliance measures are in place to safeguard the company' interests while maintaining ethical CH practices.
- Collaborate closely with the management team to understand on-field dynamics, identify HC needs, and execute initiatives effectively.
- Coordinate the implementation of al HC functions' program and daily operation (staffing, learning &development, performance management, C&B, industrial relations, organization development); including activities, communications, a n d documentation.
- Develop competitive compensation and benefit packages: Researching compensation standards set by industry and governing bodies in order to create salary structures and administer employee benefits.
- Develop strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Evaluate reporting and data bases processes to ensure data accuracy.
- Provide consultation, strategic insights, and guidance to the management team on strategic staffing plans, compensation & benefits, training & development, budget, and employee relations
Requirements :
- Min. Master degree in human resources management to psychology; preferably I/O psychologist.
- Min 10 years experience and proven accomplishment in HR field; in which 5 years as HR Manager; with strong business acumen Strong understanding of Strategic human resource management, strategic management, labour laws, and I/O psychology
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and influencing skills.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Possessed the ability to ensure that HC activities are based on HR strategy and company's business needs.
- Strong strategic thinking, conflict-resolution and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on innovation and process improvement.
- Familiarity with HRIS.
- High resilience.
