Sales Team Leader (Makassar)
Job Description:
Key responsibilities include:
1. Superb leadership ability / effectively lead the complete sales & Sales Team Lead activities.
2. Generate leads, and establish and nurture client relationships.
3. Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs.
4. Manage the month-end and year-end close processes.
5. Develop new customers, new products, and new markets; maximize volumes, sales margins, and customer profitability.
6. Create & determine the best route-to-market strategy (direct or indirect) based on end-user profiles & needs.
7. Initiate, create & support marketing/brand-building activities, both, independently & in collaboration with distributors.
8. Collaborate with a multifunctional team: manufacturing team, finance, HR & GA and marketing to deliver the best customers experience.
9. Prepare annual, quarterly, and monthly sales forecasts and budgets; monitor sales volume and margin against forecasts to managers, and supply chains and identify problems and provide solutions.
10. Produce timely and accurate reports of the business activities.
Requirements:
1. A bachelor's or associate's degree in sales management, or a related field may be advantageous.
2. Experience in sales is necessary, proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing.
3. Fluent in English & Bahasa, both written & spoken.
4. Fluency in Mandarin, both written and spoken, will be preferable.
5. Five or more years of experience in managing Sales in a corporate setting.
