Job Description:
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales manager in handling various documents (contracts, agreements, proposals,
- quotations), schedule and conduct client meetings, follow up on customer inquiries, promote
- products, and maintain customer communication.
- Collect, organize, and analyze market information from both domestic and international markets in
- the same industry, supporting the expansion of the Southeast Asian market.
- Possess knowledge of international trade logistics and provide support to the project team for
- procurement and logistics-related tasks for transnational projects.
- Act as a communication bridge, coordinating with domestic and international teams, suppliers, and partner
General Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in International Trade, Marketing, Business English, or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience in transnational business-related work, with priority given to candidates with experience in Transnational business support, international trade, or cross-border e-commerce.
- Willingness to join the Southeast Asian market and accept short-term business trips in the Southeast Asian region.
- Strong learning ability and adaptability to the work rhythm and cultural differences of transnational teams.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, logical thinking, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in using various office software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Fluent in English, and Indonesian
