 Job Description:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales manager in handling various documents (contracts, agreements, proposals,
  • quotations), schedule and conduct client meetings, follow up on customer inquiries, promote
  • products, and maintain customer communication.
  • Collect, organize, and analyze market information from both domestic and international markets in
  • the same industry, supporting the expansion of the Southeast Asian market.
  • Possess knowledge of international trade logistics and provide support to the project team for
  • procurement and logistics-related tasks for transnational projects.
  • Act as a communication bridge, coordinating with domestic and international teams, suppliers, and partner


General Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in International Trade, Marketing, Business English, or related fields.
  • 3+ years of experience in transnational business-related work, with priority given to candidates with experience in Transnational business support, international trade, or cross-border e-commerce.
  • Willingness to join the Southeast Asian market and accept short-term business trips in the Southeast Asian region.
  • Strong learning ability and adaptability to the work rhythm and cultural differences of transnational teams.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, logical thinking, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using various office software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
    Fluent in English, and Indonesian
