Sales Engineer
Job Description:
Responsibilities:

Promote and sell industrial pump products and related solutions to clients across various sectors, especially government institutions.

Develop new business opportunities and expand market share within the assigned territory.

Conduct regular visits to customers such as Water Resources Department, PDAM, and other government agencies.

Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with existing and potential customers.

Prepare price quotations, technical proposals, and deliver product presentations to clients.

Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, service, operations) to ensure customer requirements are met.

Monitor government project tenders and prepare the necessary documentation.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sales Engineer in industrial pumps or similar industries (water treatment, mechanical equipment, fluid handling).

Possesses a customer database in the government segment such as Water Resources Department, PDAM, or related institutions.

Strong understanding of government project processes (tendering, procurement, and site technical requirements).

Ability to read technical specifications and provide suitable technical solutions.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Willing to travel for business trips and site visits.
-
Having a valid drivers license (SIM A/SIM C) and personal vehicle is an advantage.
